Alonso Earns 100th Podium

EMCJET Partner, Fernando Alonso, earned his 100th career podium, with back to back podiums to start the season.  After a strong showing in qualifying and a P3 finish, Alonso initially lost his P3 finish due to a penalty, but was reinstated after a U-turn by officials hours after the finish of Sunday's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Alonso had this to say after the race:

"I am happy in the end with the result tonight and our second podium. We showed that we can be the second fastest team and we had good pace throughout the race."

Alonso's finish in Saudi Arabia makes him just the 6th driver in Formula 1 history to achieve 100 podiums. The 41-year-old double world champion looks to continue his hot streak at the Australian GP next month. With another strong performance under his belt, the 20+ year veteran continues to prove why he still has what it takes to compete in the world’s most prestigious racing series.
